1. Fill in the online registration form via the
below link:

2. Finish the payment online (The payment methods is in the
registration form)
3. Sending back the payment result to icees@young.ac.cn
4. Receiving the confirmation of payment receipt.
Once you have submitted a paper, the secretary
will inform you the paper ID and give some formatting feedbacks
within 2 work days.
Each paper will be reviewed for several process and it will
take around 20-30 days.
The earlier you submit your paper, the earlier result you will
get.
As a platform for global academic communication,
the quality of proceedings has always an aspect attracting much
of our attention. To ensure quality of the accepted papers and
to better serve the peers in academic circle, we now call for
reviewers among professionals and experts of the world.

ICEES2025 will do the following support if your review is
qualified.
*certificate or document
* list personal name on committee board
*Select excellent reviewers which will be announced on webpage
and award with certificate
All the review form should be with necessary and professional
comments, the reviewer should be responsible for the authors.
Invitation letter will be sent upon the request when your
registration is confirmed.
The invitation letter from ICEES cannot guarantee you a visa,
and if your visa application is rejected, the registration fee
will not be refunded. We only can offer the help, but not be
responsible for the result.
The conference organizer can't offer the accommodation, all the participant should book it by himself. But we can offer you some recommendations for a reference.
Payment Method
1. Credit Card with VISA or MasterCard. (No service charge)
2. Pay by Bank Transfer(30USD bank service charge undertaken by
the registrant)
* The Bank Information should be offered by the conference
secretary.
3. Paypal (30USD bank service charge undertaken by the
registrant)
Every participant should finish the registration
before he can attend the conference. If a registrant is unable
to attend an event for any reason, they may substitute, by
arrangement with the registrar, someone else of co-authors or
from the same institute/organization.
We understand that things don’t always go as planned. If you
request to cancel the registration due to your personal reason,
please inform the conference secretary before the deadline. You
are request to submit the reasonable proof to the conference
secretary for application. The part of registration fee will be
refunded to you after deducting the service charge including
labor cost, proceeding fee and bank service, etc.
Considering the failure to attend the conference or the
withdrawal of the paper submission due to some reasonable
factors, the relevant author must submit the proof to the
conference secretary by email. If verified, the part of
registration fee will be refunded after deducting the relevant
handling fee.
50 days before the conference: 50 USD processing fee will incur.
21-49 days before the conference: 150USD processing fee will
incur.
20 days before the conference: No refund.
Much appreciate for your understanding and cooperation.
If your cancellation request belongs to the below situation,
ICEES has the right to refund the part of registration fee or
reject your application based on the real situation.
☞Personal Reason
ICEES will follow the above time of cancellation to refund the
part of registration fee after the applicant offered the
abundant proof. If the applicant could not attend the conference
is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to
“personal reason”, such as travel difficulties, visa problems,
health issues, financial default etc.
☞Force Majeure
ICEES cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any
compensation where the performance of the conference is
prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to
“force majeure”.
Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event
which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid.
Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or
other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil
strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire,
adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or
threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar
situations beyond our control.
☞Conference Date and Place Statement
The organizer has the right to change the date and place of the
conference under the reason of amount to “force majeure”
circumstances. The participants of the conference are obliged to
cooperate with the organizer's change and refund policy.
