For full paper publication, making a presentation on the conference and publishing the paper in the proceedings
1. Submitting your Complete paper first
2. Waiting for the Peer-review results (The conference secretary will notify you before/on the notification date)
3. Revising your paper as advised
4. Finishing the payment by refering to the detailed procedure in the acceptance letter
5. Sending back the final paper, payment proof, copyright transfer, and the filled registration form to icees@young.ac.cn before the registration deadline
6. Receiving the confirmation of payment receipt.

Registrants-Presenter
For presentation only, making a presentation on the conference without publication.
1. To submit your paper abstract first
2. To confirm that you just want to make presentation in the conference by replying the email from the conference secretary
3. To wait for the review results
4. To finish the payment by refering to the detailed procedure in the acceptance letter
5. To send back the payment proof and filled registration form to icees@young.ac.cn before the registration deadline
6. To receive the confirmation of payment receipt.

Registration Fee

Your registration WILL NOT be confirmed until payment is received. Payment must be made in USD/CNY. The conference organizer will not cover any service charges associated with the bank transfer

**Notes**
• One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 10≤paper≤15 pages, including all figures, tables, and references. When exceed 15 pages, extra page fee would be charged.
• Each paid registration covers only one paper; you can pay Extra Paper Charges for one more paper from the same first author who already has a paid registration. 
• At least one author for each accepted final paper must register for paper publication.
• Each accompanying person should register as a listener to participate. 
• Please note that the paid registration fee cannot be refund if you cannot participate in the conference
• Onsite registration is only applicable to listeners. In order to prepare materials in advance, please give us a notice before January 5, 2025 regardless of the payment time for preparing materials for you. 
• Registration and payment should be made through conference official channel which indicated in your acceptance letter, if you are not clear about it, please consult the conference secretary via email address or phone firstly. After your successful registration, organizing committee or conference secretary will not ask for your credit card information in any form for room reservation or tickets.Be careful when anyone asks for it.

Cancellation Policy
◆50 days before the conference: 50 USD processing fee will incur.
◆21-49 days before the conference: 150USD processing fee will incur.
◆20 days before the conference: No refund.

Security Policy

Considering the personal and property safety of the delegates, the participants are required to enter and exit the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission.

Please take care of your personal belongings; the organizer of the conference does not assume any responsibility for the loss of personal finances.
