Requirements for Submissions
✔ Language: English is the official language; the paper should be written and presented only in English.
✔ Peer Review: All submissions will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process by our Technical Program Committee.

Academic Ethics
Articles submitted should report original, previously unpublished research results. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academic. Any act of plagiarism is unacceptable. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following sanctions will be taken:
1). Reject the article or delete it from final publications.
2). Report the author's violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
3). Report to the appropriate academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the details of the misconduct.

Formatting and Paper Length Limitation
Please follow the instructions of the Template when editing paper.

For accepted papers, one registration covers at least 10 pages, including tables, figures and references. When the paper exceeds 15 pages, the extra page fee would be charged (80 USD/ Page).
