ICEES2025 proposals for special sessions within the technical scope of the conference.
The ICEES organizing committee invites organizers interested to organize Special Sessions. Such sessions consist of oral presentations with full paper or abstracts only, and are strongly oriented towards the latest Energy and Environmental Science trends.

The special sessions are gear towards encouraging the latest cross-pollination between the theoretical and the applied in order to encourage collaboration opportunities between industry and academia.
Presentations without publication may be of a more commercial nature than those related to the papers in the standard technical session, and the organization of the sessions are more malleable and could be in the form of panel discussions, debates, technical challenges, and contests. Audience participation and open source brainstorming session on topics of interest are not only welcomed but encouraged.
Presentations are solicited on any subject pertaining to the scope of the conference described in its Call for Papers.

Proposals Include the Following Information:
• Session Title;
• Name(s) of organizer(s)/Special Session Chairs;
• Email of main contact person;
• Brief bio(s) of organizer(s);
• Brief description of this session;
• Related topics

Proposal submissions deadline: January 30, 2025
Notification of session acceptance: February 20, 2025
