◆ Request before Sept. 30, 50USD handling fee
◆ Request after Sept.30 but before Oct. 30, 15% of registration fee will be deducted
◆ Request after Oct. 30 but before Nov. 30, 30% of registration fee will be deducted
◆ Request after Nov. 30 but before Dec. 15, 50% of registration fee will be deducted
◆ Request after Dec. 15 no refund will be allowed.

Security Policy

Considering the personal and property safety of the delegates, the participants are required to enter and exit the venue wearing the conference name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference without permission. Please take care of your personal belongings; the organizer of the conference does not assume any responsibility for the loss of personal finances.
